He's an awesome dude with awesome friends. They essentially make videos that look like realistic gun fights. There's a lot of hilarious videos. There is even couple of tutorial on advises or tips to creating good sound effects and etc.
Second YouTube series - Modern Gear

They mixed two famous action games together to make a spoof, Modern Warfare and Metal Gear Solid. Really good production group.
